We are pleased to offer you the following rates as a courtesy; these rates are available as of Monday, July 18, 2022, based on and subject to Hotel availability. No rooms will be held at this time.

ADDITIONAL GUESTROOM INFORMATION

• The above room rates are per night, exclusive of the present room tax rate of 12.5%, Daily Resort Fee of $25.00

(+12.5% tax) per night. $15 Self-Park. $25 Daily Valet-Parking

• Resort fee includes Wi-Fi, daily in-room coffee, complimentary in-room safe, two complimentary bottles of water, use of hotel’s fitness center and business center, one hour per day of bike rental and non-motorized watersports, daily newspaper upon request, complimentary breakfast buffet for kids under five, live weekend entertainment, kid’s activities, local and long distance telephone calls, pool chairs and towels.

• Roll-Away Beds are available at a “first come, first serve basis” at $20.00 (+12.5% tax) per night. Cribs are also available.

Performance/Cancellation

Attrition/Cancellation penalties are not required. This is a courtesy rate and rooms are not held out of inventory.

Reservation Guarantee:

All group and individual reservations must be guaranteed. To guarantee an individual reservation, we require a first night room and tax, paid either by check or credit card. If an individual cancels fewer than 48 hours prior to arrival or does not check-in before 11:59 PM on the first day, the individual will forfeit their entire stay

Individual Call-In:

It is understood that your attendees are responsible for their own room reservations. Attendees must secure their reservations based on Hotel availability. Individual reservations may be secured by calling the Plaza’s Vacation Planning Center at 866-500-5630 or through the Plaza’s website through the directions your sales manager has provided for your group’s proprietary website access.

Attendees

All attendees are responsible for incidentals outside of any planned events for the program. This includes Room Service, In Room Spa Services, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, Gift Shop, Spa Services at Spa, and any other purchases/services that are outside of the event program. Each attendee must provide a credit card upon check-in which will be authorized for up to $100 per stay for incidental charges. Group Contact agrees to inform all attendees prior to arrival of this requirement. All guests must be 21 years old to check-in unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00
